General Questions
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been rescuing Classic ASP and .NET applications for over two decades.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in Denver, Colorado but we have team members throughout the USA, and abroad.
Do you work with clients outside Colorado?
Of course! We have clients in just about every state, from New York to California. In fact, 95% of our clients are outside the state of Colorado.
How quickly can you get started?
In most cases we can get started within three to five days, sometimes even quicker. It is not uncommon to have a kickoff meeting the same week that we conducted the code review, and provided the estimate.
Billing Questions
How much do you charge for your services?
For software programming, project management and design (UI/UX work) we charge $50 per hour. For consulting we charge $150 per hour. For most projects software programming, project management and design will make up the vast majority of hours billed.
What type of engagement model do you use?
How often do you invoice?
We invoice every other week, on Wednesdays. We invoice for the previous two weeks, and provide a detailed list of hours worked, by whom, along with the task performed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and checks. You can pay your invoice online via credit card through our portal.
How much do you require to get started?
We require 40 hours in advance to get started, which equates to $2,000.
Technology Questions
Which technologies do you work with?
We exclusively work with Microsoft technologies, including Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure. Of course we also work with common web and mobile technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
What is involved in a code review?
We perform a forensic audit of your application source code and database, and provide a report of our findings, along with suggestions.
